Baby Supermart Order Policy
Delivery time is merely an estimate based on past arrivals of similar items from similar companies. This does not take into account factory delays, freight damage, material delays or Act of God that are beyond the control of Baby Supermart. There are times when items come in before the estimated delivery time and there are items that come in after the estimate. Additionally, factories do not always inform Baby Supermart that delays are imminent. This is beyond our control. You will be notified immediately when your order arrives at the store.

Returns without Store Receipt
Any item being returned without a store register receipt will incur a 25% restocking fee off of our posted price at the time of return. Credit will be issued in the form of a store credit only, which is good for one year. Under no circumstances will a cash or credit card refund be made without a store register receipt. Credit card statements cannot be used in lieu of a store register receipt.

Return Exclusions and Limitations
The following types of products (once opened) will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances due to hygienic and or safety concerns: hygiene products, feeding accessories, pacifiers, mattresses and bedding products, bottles, clothing (and other products come into contact with body fluids and direct skin contact).

Car seats are NOT returnable under any condition whether opened or unopened.

Personalized Items
All sales are final and orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours.

Clearance Items
Clearance items are those that we have decided to no longer carry or may have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are sold “as is”. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect these items at the time of purchase. Baby Supermart is not responsible for any defects or damages. There are no cancellations or returns on Clearance or “as is” merchandise.

Bedding

  1. Bedding includes crib bedding, mattresses, pads, blankets, etc.
  2. All unused, unopened merchandise is the original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt with a store register receipt will be authorized for a full return. If a store register receipt is not available, please refer to the “returns without store receipt” policy.
  3. All opened and unused merchandise accompanied by original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt will receive a store credit less 25% of the purchase price.
  4. Items that are dirty, washed or used are non-returnable.
  5. Items returned after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  6. Shipping costs are non-fundable.
  7. Items not returned with the original packing will not be accepted.
  8. Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.

Furniture

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 7 days of receipt, for an item of equal or greater value plus a restocking fee of 25% of the total sale.

  2. Some important things to remember regarding our policy:

    1. Merchandise to be exchanged must be returned, in original condition, to the store within 7 days of receipt, even if the merchandise you selected in exchange is not in stock.

    2. Merchandise requiring home pick-up will incur a pick-up fee.

    3. Charges for delivery fees cannot be reapplied to merchandise received in exchange.

    4. Re-selected items will incur an additional delivery fee

  3. Furniture sold by Baby Supermart Inc. is representative of the quality displayed in our showroom. Merchandise received within factory specifications will not be repaired or replaced. Any approved return of merchandise that is within factory specifications not covered by our exchange policy is subject to a 35% restocking fee and pick-up charges. Measurement for proper fit is the customer’s responsibility. If a piece is too large for a room or cannot be delivered due to size, utilizing standard delivery procedures, a delivery and restocking fee of 25% will be incurred.

  4. Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable

Refunds
Actual refund of funds will be executed within 24-72 hours of returned receipt of product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and (depending on provider, can take an additional 72 hours to show on your account.
