RETURNS WITHOUT STORE RECEIPT

Any item being returned without a store receipt will incur a 25% restocking fee off of our posted price at the time of return. A credit will be issued in the form of a store credit only, which is good for one year. A cash or credit card refund will not made without a store register receipt.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled on the order has been placed.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items are those that we no longer carry, display samples or discontinued by the manufacturer. These items are sold "as is" It is the customers responsibility to carefully inspect these items at the time of purchase. The are no cancellations or returns of clearance "as is" merchandise

CRIB BEDDING

All unused and unopened merchandise in the original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt will be authorized for a full refund with receipt. All opened and unused merchandise will receive a store credit less 25%. Items that are used and/or washed are non-returnable. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

FURNITURE

All furniture purchases are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with seven days of receipt for items of equal or greater value plus a restocking fee of 20%. Merchandise to be exchanged must be returned in original condition to the store. Merchandise requiring home pick up will incur a fee. Re-selected items will incur an additional delivery fee.

Furniture sold by Baby Supermart is representative of the quality displayed in our showroom. Merchandise received within factory specifications will not be repaired or replaced. Any approved return of merchandise that is within factory specifications not covered by of exchange policy is subject to a 35% restocking fee plus pick up charges. Measurement for proper fit is the customers' responsibility. If a piece is too large for a room or cannot be delivered utilizing standard delivery procedures, a delivery and restocking fee of 20% will be incurred.

CASH REFUNDS

Credits authorized for a cash refund under $50 will be given in cash. Credits over $50 will be given in a store check delivered via mail within 5 business days.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Credit card refunds will only be issued on the same card that the purchase was made on.

BABY SUPERMART ORDER POLICY

Delivery time is an estimate based on past arrivals of similar items. This does not take into account factory delays, freight damage, material delays or acts of God that are beyond the control of Baby Supermart. Delays re often beyond our control. Baby Supermart will notify you immediately when your order arrives at the store.
